Yes. Creating an account and browsing professionals, gyms, and studios is completely free. Some services, such as bookings or premium features for professionals, may include small fees, but users can explore and connect at no cost.
Every coach or professional on Fitlink must upload proof of certification, experience, and identification before being listed. Our admin team also performs a background check, including social media and referral reviews, to ensure each profile meets professional and ethical standards. Verified profiles display a green checkmark once approved.
Many gyms on Fitlink allow verified freelance trainers to bring their clients or rent space for sessions. Availability depends on each facility's policy, which is listed on their profile page. Freelancers should always check with the facility directly to confirm they are permitted to conduct their own training sessions without conflicting with facility staff.
Fitlink is currently available across the United Arab Emirates, starting with Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. Expansion to other GCC regions is planned as more professionals and facilities join.

Once you find a professional you like, open their profile and select "Book Session." Choose your preferred time, location, and confirm the booking directly through the app. Improvements to enable secure online payments are coming soon.
Yes. If you are a certified coach, therapist, or studio owner, you can sign up under "Join as a Professional." After uploading your documents and completing verification, your profile will appear in search results and on the local map.
Fitlink includes personal trainers, football coaches, padel instructors, physiotherapists, yoga and pilates instructors, sports rehab specialists, and more. The goal is to represent every form of movement and wellness in one place.
Featured professionals are selected based on verified credentials, positive feedback, activity level, and engagement with the community. Coaches may also gain additional visibility through future premium plans.
Fitlink may charge a small service fee in the near future on confirmed bookings to maintain the platform and verification process. However, at the moment there are no costs at all. Any future fee will always be clearly shown before confirming a session.
Yes. After completing a session, users can leave a rating and short review to help others find trusted professionals. Reviews also help maintain accountability and quality within the community.
Currently Fitlink operates in the UAE, but you can still explore profiles and listings when abroad. As expansion continues, more regions will become available within the app.
