Cookie policy

Updated 6 September 2026

This page explains the cookies and similar storage Fitlink uses on the website and in the web version of the app.

1. Essential

One session cookie keeps you signed in and carries your sign-in between the Fitlink website and the app. It is set when you sign in and removed when you sign out. Without it you cannot use your account.

2. Preferences

The app keeps a small amount of local storage on your device: the page you were heading to when you were asked to sign in, and layout preferences. Nothing in it identifies you to anyone else.

3. Analytics and advertising

Fitlink sets no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics cookies.

4. Third parties

When a page shows a map, Google Maps loads from Google and may set its own cookies under Google's policies. Sign in with Google or Apple and those services may set cookies during sign-in.

5. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the essential cookie signs you out. In the app you can turn location and notification permissions off in your device settings.

6. Changes and contact

We update this page when the service changes. Questions: open Help & support in the app, or use the support address in the footer of the website.
