Terms & conditions

These terms cover your use of the Fitlink app and website. By creating an account you agree to them and to the privacy policy.

1. What Fitlink is

Fitlink is a marketplace. It helps you find coaches, facilities and events, and book sessions with coaches. Fitlink does not provide coaching itself. Coaches and facilities are independent, and any session you book is an agreement between you and them.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if someone else uses your account. Give accurate details and keep them current. One account per person.

3. Bookings and payment

A booking request is confirmed by the coach. You pay the coach directly, on the price and terms shown in their profile. Fitlink does not take payment, hold money or charge either of you a fee. Each coach sets their own cancellation policy, and it is shown before you book. Any late-cancellation charge is between you and the coach.

4. Verification

Verified coaches have shown us proof of certification, experience and identity, and a person has reviewed it. Verification is a check, not a guarantee. Use your own judgement, read reviews, and report anything that looks wrong.

5. Conduct

Treat people with respect. Do not harass, threaten or discriminate. Do not post false information, impersonate anyone, or use Fitlink for anything illegal. Do not scrape the service or try to get around its security. You can block and report anyone, and we act on reports.

6. Your content

You own what you post. You give Fitlink permission to show it in the app and on the website so the service works, including public coach profiles that search engines can index. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share. We can remove content that breaks these terms.

7. Reviews

Only people who completed a session with a coach can review them. Reviews must be honest and about the session. We remove reviews that break these terms.

8. Suspension and termination

We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk. You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the website.

9. Liability

Fitlink provides the service as it is. We are not responsible for the quality, safety or outcome of any session, or for what happens between you and a coach or facility. To the extent the law allows, Fitlink is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes go to the courts of Dubai.

11. Changes and contact

We update these terms when the service changes and post the new version here. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: open Help & support in the app, or use the support address in the footer of the website.
